Skin url

Hi,

 I'd love some help changing an image on a rev slider. See below for the current path. I have no access to the images within the slider.

This is the path of the image that I need to change <div data-src="{{skin url=''}}images/slider_pic3.jpg">

I have tried using the WYSIWYG editor to add an image. The image doesn't display.

Try something like this  <div data-src="{{skin url='images/slider_pic3.jpg'}}">
