Charged after trial period ended

Hi

 

I recently subscribed to a free plan and then after 7 days I got upgraded to pro plan. I completely forgot to delete subscription. Now that I am charged with 100$, Is there any way I can get a refund? I have no plans to use this analytics software  Smiley Sad

Also they have no support center.
