Allow customers to build quotes for their customers with custom prices

On our ecommerce site, we have a wishlist functionality so products can be saved to a list for upcoming projects etc (can make multiple lists with individual names etc)

We sell to tradesmen who then sell the products to their customers

What i need is for our customers to be able to create the project list/wishlist/saved cart, but then go in and add their mark up to the lines and then print or send the new quote with the new prices to the customers customer

is there anything on the market which offers this functionality?

If the feature is just for print purposes (meaning, there is no logic that allows for the saved wishlist to be added to cart with those new prices from the specific wishlist's page and sales to be attributed to that specific reseller) then it is not a lot of work to custom code exactly what you need.

yes, the changes will not need to affect any of the system prices, any changes will only need to exist aesthetically on that page for the customer to share.

ill speak to my agency and see what they can do
