Well I've just installed https://github.com/mageplaza/magento-2-gdpr

But this free version does not enable thebanner to allow or not coockies on home page for new visitors. Can you help me?

If this extensions does not provide the banner, what is the way to uninstall it?

And wich among the extensions free you listed provides banner and is suitable for Magento 2.4?
