Looking for a design tool that can add more prices for each design?

Hello,
I'm looking for a design tool that I can add more prices for each side design. For example, my customer desgins a T-shirt and he wants to print only backside, it's cheaper than printing both of front and back side.
I sure that there are many design tools, but does anyone use them? and suggest me if which tool is the best. Thank so much!

Your feature is possible, not hard. You need 1 function for custom price, just 1 price field on backend to setup price for each side design.
