Need an upload feature (to send images to an email) on my contact us form (frontend)

I've looked possibly everywhere for this feature, I found a few duplicate posts, but they do not work(MagePyschos).   Does anybody know a free extension that can do this? Or code that will be able to accomplish this?

I just need an upload field on the frontend that sends a picture to an email address.

How about a simple embed and upload, like this: http://www.gofiledrop.com - this should connect to ex. gmail/google drive, and the image can be fetched from there ?

Could be a simple solution at low cost I think
