Restrict Payment Method based on User Role

Hello good people of planet Magento!

I want to restrict payments method per user role (not customers but users) Lets say I don't want Customer Service reps placing orders in the backend to use Check or Bank Transfers. I want that payment method available only to Customer Service Supervisors. Is that possible? Do you know any extensions with this functionality?

Magento does not have such feature out of the box as well I do not see an extension available with such feature. Seems like you have to do something custom unless there is one.

I agree with Tarandeep. I'm not familiar with an off-the-shelf solution for this.
