checkout extension purchase error on marketplace.magento.com

Hi,

I just checkout on marketplace magento com site, the place order process encounter error,  but the pay amount had deducted from my credit card.

It say: "Your payment could not be taken.  Please try again or use a different payment method.

Gateway Rejected:  risk_threshold"

Please help

Hello @peijifengg1883 ,
Have you received an email from Magento about an order?
If not then better you contact your bank about the transaction.
Write a mail to Magento as well if they have not received your payment then inform the bank and you will get your money back

I have not received the email about the order, as the place order process had been not completed.

I have already contacted my bank,  she told me that  there are two transaction records, but they both are pre-authorized  transactions.

Please tell me Magento email address,  I cannot find it on the Magento website.

Sometimes some requests are rejected before we send the information to the processor, if a transaction is rejected they will update the status of the request to Gateway Rejected and provide a reason for the rejection.
