suggest me an extension to serve the below elaborated purpose for my client:

My client sells antique watches in limited quantities. the minimum price of the watches is $1000 and he wants the users to pre-book the watch with 30% of booking amount, and after the delivery, they can pay the remaining amount in 2 easy installments. ok with braintree and paypal checkout available in default magento.

The above mentioned requirement can be satisfied by setting up 3 fixed installments in which with 1st one, users can pre-book the watch and once the watch gets delivered, users can pay in 2 installments.
