You need to take the time to wait for the certificate to fully update then your image address will definitely be converted to https status. I hope this answer is helpful to you and I would be nyt strands happy if I could be of any assistance to you.
Looks like a classic mixed-content issue. Your admin page is loading over HTTPS, but one of the ExtJS assets (the s.gif file) is still being pulled from HTTP.
You’ll need to update the module or template so that the image is requested over HTTPS, or replace the old ExtJS path with a secure one. Once everything loads via HTTPS, the footer and other elements should display normally.
