Hi, I want to use latest version of 1.9.x, But no link for download 1.9.x.

You need to go to below link for download latest version, https://magento.com/tech-resources/download

Go To Section with Black Background with Text ver 1.9.x

Now Download from ver 1.9.4.0 section, Select Zip file from Dropdown.
