magento sample data downlaoding issue

Hi ,

Im Downloading magento sample data ,to select a format to .ZIP ,after Downloading I cant Extracting the file when im do extract the file ,the extractor folder ocnsist to same zip file.( File type as : file) 

How to Extract them,please can anyone hele me ??.

What hardware are you on (PC/MAC) and what client are you using for the extraction ?
