Edit: So I figured it out, I just need to set the pub/media permissions to 0777, and every content under those folders
So I have a fresh Magento 2 install.
Whenever I upload a product image, it just appears blank in the Admin and in the Storefront it appears as a red 'X' (see image attachment below for reference).
Further, when I go to Stores>Configuration>Design and attempt to upload my store logo, I get the following error:
"One or more of the Cache Types are invalidated: Configuration, Page Cache. Please go to Cache Management and refresh cache types."
I go and clear the caches, but when I return to upload the logo I get the same error, over and over again. I think both of these issues may be related.
