I am using magento 2.x and I had configured the Razorpay Payment gateway. But the payment popup is not coming.

Did you follow the steps mentioned on the Razorpay? If not, I'll suggest you follow the same steps as mentioned on their website. 

As you mentioned you're not getting any error message so the best will be to contact the developer (Razorpay) of the extension.
