After painful but successful installation of Magento 2 on a Managed Server the server does not load the css, js and images. I read many times about magento deploy function.
php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
Can anyone let me know how to start the deploy command. The tools folder in my magento installation is empty, same with the pub theme folder ..... Is there any further installation necessary?
