I am attempting to install Magento 2.0 to see if it would be feasible for a project my company is working on. When following the documentation for installation: https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.0/install-gde/install-quick-ref.html, I am unable to proceed past generating an auth key per instructions here: https://devdocs.magento.com/guides/v2.0/install-gde/prereq/connect-auth.html. Whenever I try to login to the marketplace (or visit it from my account on mage.com) I receive the following error:

The generated ID changes for every reload, but this seems to happen on both the contact page (https://marketplace.magento.com/contacts) and the login page

I'd love nothing more than to follow the directions listed above, but since I am did not purchase support or Magento Enterprise, I am completely unable to submit a support ticket on the Magento site.
Thanks,
Jesse

This is what we cannot do (besides accessing the market place - see OP screenshots) ... hence the forum post.
I'm guessing something's amiss with single sign on.
Tried clearing cookies but that does not solve it either.
Just wanted to add my voice, trying to access my marketplace account to get my keys and get the same error message.
Attempting to access from UK, tries Safari, Chrome and Firefox and all display the same error.
