Hi,

I have had the same problem, and it is solved by adding this line into you php.ini at the bottom (under xdebug).

xdebug.max_nesting_level=200

and then restart your services

1. open your php.ini file
2. find for ;extension=php_intl.dll
3. remove the comment ;
