My name is Tina Austin. I've recently encountered an issue with my Magento 2.x store. After installing a new custom extension, the checkout process has started malfunctioning. I'm not sure what steps to take to identify and rectify this issue.

What exactly is the issue you are facing?

How did you find out that it's malfunctioning?

You can try disabling the extension and check once or contact the extension vendor about the problem.
