Hi All, I am new with magento. I installed the standard Magento. After I finished i installed my new theme and all files through FTP. After i finished i tried to login again, but the message below appeared on my screen:

After i went to the error log on FTP, the following information appeared.

My question: I use FILEZILLA. Can someone help me give specific information on how to update from FTP? I can't use commands lines as far as i can see, so that's why I'm asking. Do i need to dump new files in my ftp just for updating? I can't get in te admin panel either.
