I am trying to install the magento template I have encountered this problem

An error has occurred during application run. See exception log for details.
I tried some of the solutions here but the result failed

i use php 7.1 magento2

Installation was successful and languages were added
But suddenly I had this problem

What error log log do you have in var/log/exception file. It should say something along the lines of “fatal ....” if you can share this I should be able to help solve your problem

Please check var/log for this.

you will get help from that.

otherwise enable developer mode so you can see error into browser.
