zendesk chat integration for m2

Hi ,

Zendesk chat is not integrating with magento 2.2.2

The code provided by zendesk has been cut and pasted in the footer - misc. HTML.

Still it does not work.

Could any one please help me ?

If your content management system is Magento 2.0, follow the steps below to install Zendesk Chat on your website.

1. Log on to your Magento 2.0 Admin panel and go to Stores then Configuration

2. Click Design to add your Zopim widget code at Miscellaneous Scripts within HTML Head

3. Save changes by clicking Save Config button

Hello @sahanaecom,

Did you see zendesk script code in view page source? If no, then please clear cache. If yes, then also check, Did you get any error in console? If yes then please share it.
