Caricamento nuova versione plugin Magento 1.x

Ciao a tutti,

Ho un problema "stupido" che non riesco a risolvere, sto caricando una nuova versione del plugin della mia azienda ma al momento dell'invio alla revisione, ottengo il seguente errore:

Failed to validate package name - You can not add the package sostanza/livehelp to the product sostanza/Sostanza_LiveHelp.

il pacchetto.tgz è chiamato livehelp.tgz

Non riesco a capire come risolvere il problema, riuscite ad aiutarmi?

sorry for the inconvenience.

I have a problem uploading a new version of my plugin. After passing the malware control, if I press the submit button I have the following error:

Failed to validate package name - You can not add the package sostanza/livehelp to the product sostanza/Sostanza_LiveHelp.

My uploaded package has tgz extension and the name is "livehelp" (livehelp.tgz).

Do you know what could cause this issue?
