Getting error for ezyparcels API for Malaysia country

Hello,

In my Magento 1.9 project, we are using  Ezy2shipApi for creating shipments and returns.
We have admin configurations for Ezy2shipApi with WSDL Link, customer Id, username, password, AES encryption key. and other details.

The Ezy2shipApi details are working fine with Singapore country, I am using the same code and configurations for Malaysia country.
I am getting the following error code  (Response from Ezy2shipApi) 

STATUS_ERROR_SERVICE_NOT_MAPPED_TO_COUNTRY

Selected service is not valid for the country.

Why I am getting this error

Does anyone work on this or facing the same issue?

Maye be ezy2ship does not supportMalaysia country

The first check with them, do they provide service for Malaysia

In your case, it sounds like the Ezy2shipApi service you are trying to use may not be available or supported for shipments to Malaysia. You may need to check with the Ezy2shipApi provider to confirm which services are available for Malaysia and update your configurations accordingly.

Alternatively, you may want to consider using a different shipping provider or service that supports shipments to Malaysia.
