Hi,
I have created Fedex Developer/Sandbox account in Magento 1.9. But when generating Shipping label/package, it is giving error - "The FTR Exemption or AES Citation you provided is not valid for EEI", error code 2208. I have also enabled ETD (Electronic Trade document) in the live account linked with this test account, but stil the error is showing and I am not able to create shipping labels/packages.
Why is this issue happening with Sandbox account. Some Test account details are:
Test Account Number: 510087380
Test Meter Number: 119087233
Please help me in fixing this issue at the earliest.
