Shipping to another country - Custom amount

Hi, I have currently installed the Meanbee Royal mail shipping module. I have a customer from Australia who would like to purchase an item over 2kg. anything under 2KG the shipping method and amount is shown during checkout. Anything above 2KG no shipping method is available. However with royal mail I would like to set up an option so that any item upto 3.5kg can be sipped for X amount. Does anyone know how I can do this?
