Vat Showing on Product Pages But not at Cart/Checkout

Hi there

Basically what is happening is I have Magento 1.9.1.0 

I have setup my Tax/Vat Rules (UK Vat)

When you look at a product page the VAT shows fine:

However when you add this to the Cart The VAT is gone

The really strange thing is if I manually go into the product and simply hit save it will then show the VAT at checkout

I have had my Cache and Indexes cleansed via ssh command but still nothing. I've removed my payment gateway for 4 days now to sort this issue and am starting to get desperate for a fix can you help

Hi All

Just a little update on this, I'm not sure how or why but after a little more tinkering with the settings/config and another full Re-Index using ssh the prices appeared on the cart. If anyone comes across the same issue I'd be happy to share my new settings.
