magento dual extension installation

i need to know if there any step to install one module twice on the same magento website

as i have migs payment installed and i need this extension to serve two different merchant IDs

no different merchant ids for the same store

for ex one id for master card payment and the other id for installment with the bank ( i already contacted the bank and got the two merchant ids )

You're talking about two different payment methods as far as I understand. Since credentials are per-payment-method you can configure those things just like that: one ID for credit card and another for  bank transfers.

but i'm asking of how to configure the same module twice on magento

cause i had one migs plugin and i need to configure two merchant IDs on it without using any other plugin . just that plugin will server my banking payment methods
