Hi guys,

is there any way on speeding the mobile version? desktop loads within 3 seconds, mobile is about 5 seconds to 7 seconds

In this case the speed is almost belong to the theme. Your theme is not optimize for mobile. Since the server response time almost the same between desktop and mobile, you just need to optimize client side images/css/js for mobile theme.

I agree that your theme for the mobile version of your website may be the culprit here. 

Did you setup your website to have a separate theme for desktop and mobile? 

You may want to consider going with a responsive design instead where the same theme is being used regardless of any devices.

yes, you have to test your shop with

webpagetest.org

then you will see how many things you have to download to mobile, mobile speed depends on device specs as well...

thanks guys, it would be a nightmare to change theme as we have done so much coding to make it what we want today but here is a screenshort from the web page test org site you mentioned usiing the mobile option
