Layered Navigation Expanded

Hi All,

when we search for product we see in layered navigation the first category.

How I can see the categories expanded?

Ex.

I have these two categories

Computer/Desktop

Computer/Notebook

When i search for something i have only Computer and after click Desktop and Notebook.. I'd like to have the subcategories already expanded.

Could you perhaps supply more detail or a link to your site and the category you mean?

I am afraid I do not quite understand your query based on the information you have given.

EX.

I have in Computer 0 products in Computer/Notebook 100 products in Computer/Desktop 100 products

if I search for intel (present in Notebook products and Desktop products) the layered Navigation category show Computer (200)

If I click on Computer i'll see Notebook (100) Desktop (100) Id like to see directly Notebook (100) Desktop (100) without click on Computer (200)

Thank you I think I understand and this is not out of the box Magento functionality.

Are all of your categories set as anchors?

There are a few modules that add this functionality, I have pasted a few links below:

There are probably others aswell. Hope these can resolve the issue, if not sorry I could not be of any further help.

but i don't need a new layered navigation module.. Just i'd like to see only subcategories.. nothing else..

Hi @Stefy

For this you need to customize the Magento default functionality. You can fullfill your requirement either using prototype or using Jquery. Just call the event and get result. Put the result on the specific places.
