Show custom option sku on new order mail

My client wants to see the custom option sku as part of the order mail so they can see which custom option has been selected. This as based on SKU they need to pick the correct item from the warehouse. I can't get this figured out yet. Anybody here as already displayed the custom option sku on the new order e-mail?

If you want to show custom option sku in new order mail send to customer then its already available I have checked in Magento1.9.3.8.
I have created a custom option with sku - cust1 and you can see in below screenshot that is showing in Email too.

Solved it by building custom piece of code handling this part.
