How to fix it in one-page checkout?

When we 1st time go To cart page to check out page at that time displayed this error:

"Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time". how to fix this error?

Hi Ashish, Normally above error come when no shipping method is enabled from the backend, 1 more issue can that that any shipping method extension have an error and it cause the shipping quotes to not be available on the checkout. Problem solved? Please give 'Kudos' and accept 'Answer as Solution'. Regards Sunil
