Starting a pre migration task from 1.9 to 2.3.
Is there a way to determine if an active plugin extension is actual in use? I believe most are orphans from poor maintenance practices.

To check extensions/modules status: Log in to your Magento Admin Panel. Navigate to System > Configuration > Advanced > Advanced see the list of the installed extensions/modules along with their status.
