Hi if it Magento 1.8.x-1.9.x I did GitHub Diff for Files. Feel free to check changes or replace with patched files if it would help.

The last revision it's original Magento files already patched. You can replace you ones. But don't forget to make backup of your files.

The warning show not depend if patch installed or not. You need to read it and delete from the system notifications menu
