How to apply security patch for magento version 1.6.0.0

I am looking for the place to download the latest critical patch SUPEE-6482

I only need the patch for CEv1.9.01 but cannot see it this patch available for single download on the download page here https://www.magentocommerce.com/download

Anyone know where I can locate this patch?

I have version 1.9.1.0 and I need to get the 6482 pach and cannot find it either.   I would be nice if Magento would fix this.
