Magento CE 1.9 Patch availability

I'm new to overseeing a Magento CE 1.9.2.4 instance and need some clarification.  Are all available patches found here? https://magento.com/tech-resources/download?_ga=2.225501721.220128325.1542840222-1603054221.15378173...

Under Release Archive, I see about 4 patches released in 2018 for Magento 1.x.  Are there any others I need to make my team aware of to remain current?

All the patches for Magento1x are listed under release archive section on https://magento.com/tech-resources/download url (Including Php 7.2 support patches). 

A new Magento release is scheduled on the 28Nov2018. Please refer New Security Patches and Releases – November 28, 2018
