Patch 7405 removes ability to view orders

After installing patch 7405 on 1.9.1.0 - I am no longer able to view customers orders.

If i go to Sales -> Orders and click on an order all I see is the text "Information" and nothing else on the page.

If I attempt to view Sales -> Invoices or Sales -> Credits I see the following error in the "Shipping and Tracking Information"

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in /app/code/core/Mage/Adminhtml/Helper/Sales.php on line 124

Any thoughts?

In app/code/core/Mage/Adminhtml/Helper/Sales.php

Search for "$links = [];" change to "$links = array();"
