SUPEE 8788

Seems like there are circular links, I am looking to down load SUPEE 8788 for a 1.9.3.0 installation.  I always end up at https://magento.com/tech-resources/downloads/magento/?_ga=1.152135289.1501749253.1478513936 where no 1.9 patches are listed....   What am I missing?

I don't see a 1.9.3.0 version here

SUPEE 8788 is included in 1.9.3.0, which is why you're not seeing it. I would encourage you to update to 1.9.3.1, tho as it addresses a few fixes for 1.9.3.0: https://magento.com/tech-resources/downloads/magento/?_ga=1.152135289.1501749253.1478513936#download...
