Hi,
When we tried to place the order by choosing the Bank transfer payment method option its taking very long time(around one minute) to place the order.
Other payment options are working fine. The orders are placing with in few seconds.
We are not sure why the bank transfer method option only taking very long time(whether we need to check any configuration in admin)
Kindly some one can provide solution to resolve this problem.
Hello @janavi_g
It should not take time but if its taking time you can check inspect console and networks if there any error in this or you can also track logs if you will find any issue related to payment gateway in logs/ console that will be helpful.
2. Try with flush cache and check again.
Hi Manish,
I have cleared the cache but still the is was there.
From Console, I can see the 'Place order' request taking very long(Approx 50-60s) to receive the response(TTFB). I am not sure about this behaviour by default Magento payment method.
Please suggest any solutions. Thanks in advance
Note: We have no custom modules/code overwritten for the default 'Bank Transfer Payment'.
Hello @janavi_g
It seems Time To First Byte is taking too much time so you have to optimize site, you can use addition cache to fix this or follow below URL seems related to your issue.

Only issue related to performance.
Hi Manish,
Our site was loading fine we didn't face any slowness problem in the entire site user journey.
Only the problem with Bank transfer payment method.
After choosing the payment method as "Bank transfer payment' and click on place order button. It is taking approx 50-60s to place the order.
Notether payment method does not have this problem.
Try to use cache to improve TTFB, it will work for sure
The extraordinary hours, particularly on nights and ends of the week, Bank Jobs are because of their customers' accessibility since many are working during the day. Besides, some first-year financiers are approached to pull dusk 'til dawn affairs. Another disservice of being a financier is that they should have the option to reliably act in a speedy, high-pressure workplace.
