Create a customer order Manually. (no payment details)

Hi,
I am trying to create a new order manually through Mageento for one of our new customers but every time i try to Subit order it says that payment method is not valid.

Payment has been made to me by bank transfer.
Is there any fix or way to solve this?

Hello @lewis_john,

You can create the order in the same way and set the payment method as any of offline payment method(like COD or Cash and money order).

This may be a simple question, how do i set up a offline payment method?

Hello @lewis_john ,

On the Admin sidebar, click Stores > Settings > Configuration. In the panel on the left, choose Sales > Payment Methods > Cash On Delivery Payment.

Enable the Cash On Delivery Payment method and proceed with your order. After completing your order please disable this method if you don't want to show this on frontend.

I have managed to get this order on the system.
Is there any way to get this new figure to show on the sales reports?
