Every page broken after migration into windows server

Hello,

i was able to run my website on magenti v 1.9.1.0 sucessfully on linux . later i have decided to migrate it to windows server. 

I have uploaded db backup , uploaded web folder back and edited db information. Now i have broken page in homepage , admin page .. everywhere .

I get admin login page and able to login sucessfully but see a broken page all over . I have tried reindex and cache option but no luck .

Any suggetions please .

Hi @anandimhere

Please try following steps

1) Try to replace index.php file in the root directory with the default index.php

2) Replace the .htaccess file in the root with the default .htaccess file.

3) Compare php version on linux and windows

4) Check for any missing php extension like ion cube

Try to see the page source for any error.If you have merged the css and js on production unmerge it on windows.

While my phpinfo says mysql is greater then 4.1.20 . link below

Why would you switch your Magento store from Linux to Windows? 

Magento does not run very well under a Windows environment so there can be a lot of causes to your problem.

you have to check error log, maybe something is missing
