How to add Additional Fee 1.9

Hi,

I want to add Additional Fee after Grand Total(Excl Tax). Like add $5 on grand total. It should reflect on Invoice also.

Please let me know.

Some shipping methods allow for a flat fee handling charge to be added on. You could check the system configuration area for the shipping method that you're using to achieve the same functionality.

Thanks for your reply.
I dont want flat fee amount.. I want to add like Duty fee amount... We have to add 10% of amount from subtotal+shipping amount. Like the below
   Subtotal                  $1250.00
   Shipping                     $50.00
   GrandTotal              $1300.00
   Additional Value          $13.00(10%)
   Tax                              $10.00
   Grand Total             $1323.00
