Layered Navigation Color Attribute Shows Wrong Count Magento 1.9

when I have searched for any product in the search box and show the layered navigation, its product count has not changed, for any product, i shows count has display same.

this is the layer navigation, shows product count. for every search product, its shows same result. whats wrong in code? please help.

I understand the problem you are facing.

So are you using native Magento's layered navigation ? or is there any third-party extension is installed/configured for the layered navigation?

Are you checking this count and facing this issue on the search result page?

Also as you haven't used any extension is there any other extensions/themes conflicting with this functionality? any customization made in this project ?
