Magento 1.9.2.4 randomly (seemingly) doubling product quantities

o for some reason magento is randomly doubling some items. Some times its one item, sometimes its all of them. If we reorder from the admin, it then shows the correct quantity (in this case, 24), but the customer actually ordered and wanted 12. Any ideas where to start?

Hi @AbdulJaniBasha,

Have you reviewed the modules in the app/code/local folder?

Since that is not the normal behaviour for Magento, I suggest reviewing the customizations that have been made on the instance.

Thanks for response! I did check everything we only having this randomly not always. Overall we had this 5 to 6 times in 5month period. I'm believing that it's problem with the customers browser like if they using Internet Explorer but still it's a problem. Need to fix it. If you(any) could help us. Would Appreciate it.
