Registered user clicks on Checkout and goes to the OnePage checkout page:
1 Billing Information
2 Shipping Information
3 Shipping Method
4 Payment Information
Clicking on Billing Information does nothing.
The only 2 payment methods I have enabled are:
Check/Money Order
Bank Transfer Payment

SOLVED: I switched from PHP 5.4 to PHP 5.5 and al my numerous checkout problems disappeared.
