I enabled Newsletter option in Magento 1.9.x version. But is it possible to add another one newsletter option also on the same website? or need to customize coding only?

- Well by default there is no option to add another newsletter subscription option to the same site.
So either you need to customize the code to add it or you can use some ready made third party extension for that.
