Overwrite Proceed to checkout button with place order button at cart page

 Hi,

I just want to create a module in Magento 1.9 by which I can change or overwrite Proceed to checkout button with Place Order button at cart page, so that user/customer can place order directly from there without choosing any shipping or payment method.

 

After that order will be save in admin with pending status. Can anyone will help me in that.
