PayPal Express button image in cart missing

Hey,

the PayPal Express Button on the cart page is no longer displaying. The link is there but the Image is missing.

This is on our 1.9.3.3 test site as well as on our 1.9.1 productive site.

Is this a PayPal error or a Problem on out side? Does anybody experience the same Problem?

http://fpdbs.paypal.com is failing. Whilst http://fpdbs.sandbox.paypal.com is running.

This is failing on our site as well.

Live url's failing, Sandbox is fine.

Looks like a paypal issue? but nothing on their status pages.

We've spoken on the phone, they're not aware of an issue. Please raise a ticket here, otherwise they'll think it's just us:

I've also shown this to our developers so they can report on all affected sites.

I have the same issue on two magento sites.  I have raised a ticket for this with paypal too.

The Problem has been resolved by PayPal. They wrote me an E-Mail today, that their Server was down and is now running again.
