Product Stock Alerts Not Sending

Hey all,

My product stock alerts are not sending. Magento version is 1.9.2

I am using AOE Scheduler, and it is not giving me any errors for the Product Alerts.

However, when I try to run this cron manually, it gives me a 404 page.

Please help!

Bump. I am offering $50 to anyone that can solve this... I will provide anything needed.

When I try to run the process through AOE Scheduler, it dies and this is the message.

I reconfigured all of my Cron tasks and they are all functioning except the Product Stock Alert; it is still throwing the alert above.

By choosing Run Now in Scheduler, it will return a 404 page, but it will send a single email alert to one customer. I can do this repeatedly to send off alerts, but each one returns the error.

Please assist if possible.
