Random logout

For quite sometime I've been randomly getting logged out of the admincp, I'm guessing it's a cookie problem but I would also have thought if it's happening to me then it will be happening to my customers, it's so random and it's not something that I'm doing that causes it I can track it down, I'm using M1 1.9.3.0

any ideas how to trace the problem that's causing it?

You may change it at System > Configuration > Advanced > Admin > Security > Session Lifetime (Seconds) location.

It's set to 86400, but it's not everyday I get logged out, it can happen twice in a day, then not again for a few days, I can go from completing one order and go to the next and I get logged out.
