Shipping price in cart shows twice but calculates once. V1.9

Hi There, 

First time here. 

I am not a Magento expert. I was trying to set up a promotion code and then clean up all the other promotion codes. I've come across a problem now, ever since I did that the shipping in cart is now showing twice but calculating once. How do i fix this (not code level).

Hello

In the admin section there is setting for Price Display (including or excluding).

follow below steps:

On the Admin sidebar, choose Stores.

Under Settings, choose Configuration.

In the panel on the left under Sales, choose Taxes.

Expand  the Price Display Settings section. Then, do the following:

Display Product Prices in Catalog—Set to one of the following:
Including Tax

Display Shipping Prices—Set to one of the following:
Including Tax
